Prevention and Action Against Gender-Based and Sexual Violence at the University – Useful Information

For students enrolled with Sorbonne University

Below is a summary of the resources and contact persons you can reach out to if you need help, are experiencing difficulties, or have any questions.

Your message will be forwarded to the Faculty and reviewed by the Directorate for Education and Student Life (DFVE). If a university staff member is involved, the Human Resources Department will also be notified. In cases where several institutions are concerned, they willcoordinate to address the situation jointly.

For students enrolled with Paris-Saclay University

In order to tackle sexist and sexual violence, harassment and all forms of discrimination, the University has set up a monitoring unit (Named Dalida, for Dispositif d’alerte inclusion-diversité accueillant) to listen to and support its students.

Anyone wishing to file a report can do so by email, at contact.dalida@universite-paris-saclay.fr or via an online form, which may be submitted anonymously, or by requesting a physical, telephone or video appointment.

For students enrolled with Paris Cité University

Paris Cité University is committed to and actively involved in the fight against all forms of discrimination, harassment, and violence by implementing an internal and confidential reporting system for students and staff who are victims or witnesses.

If you are a victim or witness of violence, harassment, or discrimination, you can report it by sending a message to signalement@u-paris.fr.

Your report will be received in complete confidentiality and you will be contacted to arrange a meeting with two trained counselors. They will take your report and refer you, according to your needs, to psychological/medical assistance and/or legal support.
